SETTING UP TEST EQUIPMENT

     Using some of the old primary unducted turbine models supplied to our sponsored student at UCL University,  London,     staff are setting up some of the turbine testing equipment that will be used next month by  a student from Kingston Unversity to conduct a set of trials on a design concept of his own as part of his degree work.
   The equipment use for this trial will be Omini Miniwater 6 water flow meters complete with data logger and a Torqsense RWT320 Series transducer unit from Sensor Technology Ltd based in Oxfordshire, UK.

 

This equipment is ideal for testing these small sized primary devices and can record from very slow water flow speeds and in precise recorded detail.
